摘要
水平井凭借单井产量高于一般定向井的优势逐渐成为煤层气开发中的主流井型。钻水平井所使用的仪器是随钻测量仪,它能够实时准确地在地面显示井斜、方位、工具面、磁场等井下参数,为钻井提供可靠依据。随钻测量仪分为有线随钻测量仪和无线随钻测量仪。在分析两种随钻测量仪的工作原理、优点和缺点的基础上,对有线随钻测量仪的主要环节—泵送座键、手压泵压力和电缆下放速度控制,以及无线随钻测量仪中的MWD工具面控制技术、PMWD工作环境的确定作了详细说明。
By right of well yield higher than general directional wells, the lateral wells gradually become main stream well type in CBM exploitation. The MWD instrument has used in lateral well drilling, it can correctly display underground parameters of well deviation, azimuth, face of drilling tool, magnetic field in real time and provide reliable basis for well drilling. The MWD instruments can be wired or wireless. Based on operational principle, strongpoint and disadvantage of the two kinds of instrument, explained main sector of wired MWD-pumping seat key, hand pump pressure and cable lowering speed control, as well as wireless MWD control technology of drilling tool face, PMWD operational environment determination in detail.
