摘要
大量的研究证明,动机在第二语言学习中具有重要作用。近年来研究者开始探索动机因素在语言学习课堂环境下的作用。虽然研究并没有对动机在第二语言学习中的模式和类型达成一致,但动机与所期望的学习结果紧密相关的观点及动机在第二语言学习中重要作用被所有学者们认可。通过洞悉动机与第二语言学习的关系、从不同方面了解动机在第二语言学习中的多种成分的影响,使第二语言教学者根据实际情况更好地利用第二语言学习动机实施课堂教学策略,激发学生的语言学习。
A wealth of research shows that motivation plays a significant role in second language learning. Currently, academicians are trying to explore the function of motivation in classroom teaching,a more actual language-learning environment. Experts haven't reached an agreement on the pattern and genre of motivation in second language learning, though; they recognize the importance of motivation in second language learning. Furthermore, they hold the view that the expected learning results are closely associated with motivation. Insight into the relationship between motivation and second language learning will help second language teachers make full use of the various advantages of motivation to implement classroom-teaching strategies and stimulate second-language learners to more effectively learn second language.
