摘要
2008年1月18日至3月5日,贵州电网因遭受特大冰灾,多条线路跳闸和被迫停运,小网多次解列。分析了贵州东部电网冰灾期间大停电的原因,并通过贵州电网冰灾期间东部电网几次典型的黑启动,分析贵州东部电网黑启动电源的选择、黑启动过程中负荷的恢复以及黑启动过程中频率和电压的控制等问题。
From January 18th to March 5thin 2008, the eastern Guizhou power grid is suffered from ultra large ice disaster, which results in line tripping, stoppage in transmission and out-of-step splitting of small grids. Causes of large area power failures during the ice disaster period are analyzed. Through some typical black-start cases of eastern Guizhou power grid, problems of electrical source selection, load resumption and frequency and voltage control in the blackstart process of eastern Guizhou power network are analyzed.
