热压TiC-Al_2O_3-A+B复合金属陶瓷的研究

摘要 当前,电线电缆行业反映刚玉陶瓷拉线轮韧性及耐磨性较差,使用时间不长就出现瓷件表面起槽及开裂等现象。针对这一情况,本文研究一种高硬度与较高强度、既耐磨又具有较好韧性的TiC-Al2O3-A+B复合金属陶瓷材料。并讨论了不同含量的金属添加物对其主要力学性能尤其是断裂韧性与抗弯强度关系的影响。 At present,there exist the problems such as the worse toughness and wearability of corundum cord weel in the electric wine and cable,when used not very long,the product' surface will crack and be grooved.In order to solve above problems,TiC—Al_2O_3—A+B composite metal ceramic materials with high hardness,high strength,better toughness and resistant to wearness was developed.At the same time,the effect of different content of metal additives on the main mechanics properties of this material,especialy the relationship between fracture toughness and bending strength were discussed.
