Application of palladium membrane reactor for improving dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene

摘要 研究了乙苯在复合金属钯膜反应器中脱氢反应生成苯乙烯的过程。实验结果表明,与传统的乙苯脱氢固定床反应器相比,钯膜反应器乙苯转化率可提高14.2%,而对产物苯乙烯的选择性影响不大,说明钯膜反应器是提高苯乙烯产率的有效方法。 The reaction of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation to styrene in the composite palladium membrane reactor was investigated.The experimental results showed that compared with traditional fixed-bed reactor,under the same conditions the conversion of ethylbenzene in the membrane reactor could increase by 14.2% while the selectivity to styrene remained almost the same.It proved that the palladium membrane reactor was effective to increase the yield of styrene.
