摘要 只考虑次近邻相互作用情况下,利用晶格动力学严格求解三维立方晶体声子谱的严格解析解与其对应的极化向量.并在第一布里渊区的全空间讨论声子谱的特性,指出声子谱能量只在第一布里渊区的主要对称点线面上具有简并现象,并按其极化向量判断纵向声子与横向声子的特性.给出非简并情况下的声子谱能量及其极化向量的严格解析解. Only considering the situation of inferior close neighbor interaction, we have obtained the strict analytical solution of phonon spectrum and its corresponding polarization vector in three-dimensional cubic crystal by using lattice dynamics, and discussed the phonon spectrum characteristics in the first Brillouin zone. It is pointed out that the phonon spectrum energy has the phenomenon of degeneration only on the main symmetric point,line and plane in the first Brillouin zone. According to its polarization vector, the characteristics of the longitudinal phonon and transverse phonon are judged. The strict analytic solution of phonon spectrum energy and its corresponding polarization vector are given in the situation of non-degeneration.
