摘要
对学校体育现代化评价的基本理论问题进行了剖析,为评价指标体系的建构奠定理论基础,通过专家访谈、观察、实证调研等手段,结合我国学校体育现代化的现状及未来发展趋势,借鉴国内外教育现代化评价指标体系建构的相关经验,对我国学校体育现代化评价指标体系建构问题进行了大胆尝试,以易于操作为出发点,经过多轮筛选,最后确定了包括4个1级指标、7个2级指标和14个三级指标在内的学校体育现代化评价指标体系。研究结果表明:学校体育现代化评价存在主观和客观两个向度,本课题在设计评价综合指标体系时,以客观指标为主要框架,同时兼顾到某些对评价具有较大影响的主观意愿方面的指标。进行学校体育现代化评价研究,对于促进学校体育活动开展,完善学校体育管理及进行科研开发具有重要的意义。学校体育现代化评价的基本特点可概括为:与区域发展相结合;评价与建设目标紧密相联;评价内容的广泛性;评价方法的综合性。学校体育现代化评价体系的构建需要一定的理论指导,本课题选择了以主客体价值理论、科学人文主义理论和可持续发展理论作为建构评价指标体系的理论依据。前瞻性的理念将会成为下一步实践活动的思想先导,在学校体育现代化评价指标体系构建过程中,我们秉持了如下理念:以学生的健康为本的理念;以促进学校和谐发展的理念;面向多元的理念;突出地方特色的理念。在学校体育现代化评价指标的设计过程中,我们坚持了如下原则:实事求是;以人为本;动态发展;简明科学;可操作性;总量指标和人均指标相结合。
First, analysis the basic theory problem of evaluation of school sports modernization evaluation, and laid theoretical foundation to the construction of the evaluation index system. Then, through expert interviews, observation ,empirical research and other means, with the current situation of modernization of ChinaS, sports schools and future development trends, using the experience of domestic and foreign educational modernization evaluation system construction, discussing the modernization of China's sports schools evaluation system construction issues, using easy - to - use as the starting point, after several rounds of screening, Finally identified of schools sports modernization evaluation index system of four first targets, seven second targets and 14 third targets. Research Results Show: There are subjectivity and objective two dimensionalities in the school physical education modernization estimation ; this problem takes the objective index as the main frame, at the same time gives consideration to some subjective will indexes which more affect the estimation in designing the estimation synthesis index system. Researching the school physical education modernization estimation has important significance in promoting school sports activities carrying out, perfecting school sports management and putting up the scientific: research development. The fundamental characteristic of the school physical education modernization estimation can be briefly like this: Combining with Regional Development; Estimation and Building Target Close Association; Universality of the Estimation Content ; Synthesis of the Estimation Method. The building of the school physical education modernization estimation system needs the theory guidance; this problem takes the subjectivity -object value theory, the science humanism theory and the sustainable development theory as the theory basis of building the estimation index system. The theory will become the ideological guidance of the practical activities of the next step,
