摘要
采用多因素正交试验法,进行了硬质合金刀具(YT767)铣削ZGMn13高锰钢的耐用度试验。应用数理统计方法和回归分析原理,建立了铣削ZGMn13高锰钢刀具的耐用度经验公式,研究了主轴转速、进给速度、切削深度及切削宽度对刀具耐用度的影响程度,给出了铣削ZGMn13高锰钢合理的切削参数范围。刀具耐用度分布符合正态分布,应用最大似然估计法对参数进行了点估计,并在置信水平为0.95时求出了参数的区间估计值,为研究铣削ZGMn13高锰钢刀具的可靠性奠定了基础。
Tool life test of the carbide cutter (YT767) milling the diffficult-to-cut material ZGMn13 high manganese steel by using the multi factor orthgonal experiments is carried through. Applied Mathematical Statistics and regression analysis, the tool life formula of milling ZGMn13 high manganese steel is established , the influence degree of the tool life by the cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth, cutting width is studied, the reasonable cutting parameters milling of ZGMn13 high manganese steel is given. Distribution of tool life accords with normal distribution. Application the method of maximum likelihood , point estimation for the parameters, obtain the interval estimate for the parameters when the confidence level is 0.95 ,lay a foundation for the study on the reliability of the tool for the milling of ZGMn13 high manganese steel.
