摘要
通过对从思茅石斛象甲上分离出的6株蜡蚧轮枝菌株菌丝的生长、产孢量、萌发率和烟蚜致病性的研究表明,菌株在15—35℃都能生长,但生长和产孢的最适温为30℃,其不同菌株之间存在差异。在30℃,S-0701的产孢量最高,生长速度最快的为S-0701、S-0705;在28℃,菌株的萌发率以S-0701、S-0702和S-0705的最高,都达到90%以上;对烟蚜的致病性各菌株间也存在差异,但以S-0701和s—0705菌株致病性最高。根据生物学特性和致病性可知,S-0701和S—0705可为生物制剂的研发提供有效菌种。
This paper studied the biological characteristics of six Verticillium lecanii isolated from the weevil on Dendrobium nobil, and compared their pathogenicity to Myzus persicae. The results showed that the mycelium growth and spomtation of all isolates occurred at 15 - 35 22, but the optimal temperatures was at 30 22. At 30 22, the mycelium growth and sporulation of S -0701 were the highest. At 28 22, S -0701, S -0702 and S -0705 had higher conidial germination rate ( 〉90% ). The pathogenicity of 6 strains to Myzus persicae was different, the pathogenicity of S -0701 and S -0705 was higher than that of other isolates. According to the biological characteristics and pathogenicity, both S -0701 and S -0705 have the value for research and development of biological preparations.
