摘要
研究表明,蜡蚧轮枝菌(Verticillium lecanii(Zimm.))在2种液体和5种固体培养基中发酵比较,以麦芽汁液体和小米粒固体培养基中的产孢量和分生孢子活力较高。液体发酵5~12 d 的代谢产物粗提物(稀释10倍)对温室白粉虱成虫的毒杀作用,以发酵7 d 的为最好,24 h 校正死亡率为50.18%,但与发酵5 d 的(34.18%)无显著差异(P<0.05)。代谢产物粗提物对棉铃虫、麦长管蚜的触杀作用较好,对瓜蚜次之,对桃蚜最差。如试验24 h,稀释5倍的代谢产物杀虫校正死亡率,麦长管蚜66.7%、棉铃虫66.7%、瓜蚜48.8%、桃蚜23.4%。稀释2倍时,24 h 瓜蚜的校正死亡率为78.8%,略高于氰戊菊酯(7768mg·L^(-1))的毒杀作用(77.2%)。说明该菌代谢产物中具有杀虫活性物质,值得进一步研究利用。
Research results showed that sporulation yields and vitality of conidia were higher in fer- ments of malt extract liquid and millet grain solid than in media of other liquids and solids based on the comparison of ferments of Verticillium lecanii(Zimm.).The efficacy of crude extract(10 dilution times) of the fungus metabolites,fermented in liquid for 7 days,on adults of Trialeurodes vaporariorum West- wood showed best among fermented in liquid for 5 to 12 days.Adjusted mortality of the adults in 24 hours by ferments for 7 days was 50.18%,but no significant difference from the mortality(34.18%)by fer- ments for 5 days.There was a good efficacy in 24 hours on early 2nd instar larvae of Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner),adults of aphids Sitobion avenae(F.)and Aphis gossypii Glover killed by metabolites of the fungus.Adjusted mortality by the metabolites diluted 5 times was as follows:66% for S.avenae,66.67% for H.amigera,48.77% for A.gossypii,23.41% for Myzus persicae(Ser).While adjusted mortality of A.gossypii by metabolites diluted 2 times was 78.88% and similar to by insecticide fenvalerate of 7768 mg·L^(-1)(77.16%).It demonstrated that the crude extract of the fungus metabolites might contain the in- secticidal ingredient.
