摘要
研究了高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)的交联体系及其影响因素,实验结果表明,二硫代四甲基秋兰姆(TMTD)、氧化锌、氧化镁组成的硫化体系可有效地交联HPVC,且交联效率大于过氧化二异丙苯交联体系,酸性物质(增塑剂、硬脂酸)将会降低TMTD/ZnO/MgO硫化体系对HPVC的交联效率。
The crosslinking systems of high degree of polymerization of polyvinyl chloride(HPVC) and influence factors were studied. The experimental results show that the corsslinking system which consists of tetramethylthiuramdisufide(TMTD), zinc oxide and magnesium oxide can crosslink HPVC efficiently. The crosslinking efficiency of TMTD/ZnO/MgO system is greater than that of dicumyl peroxide(DCP). The results also indicate that the course of the HPVC corsslinking reaction is relatively more dependent on the concentration of the acid materials, such as plastizer, stearic acid.
