摘要
考察了St-BA-MAA无皂乳液聚合反应不同时间转化率、聚合物的分子量、乳胶粒形态和粒径的变化。结果表明:当转化率达1%,M-n达4.09×104,初始乳胶粒子形成,主要为均相沉淀成核机理。羧基单体是影响乳胶粒形态重要因素之一。
The soapfree emulsion polymerization of StBAMAA was studied by sampling polymerization reactions at different times and determining the conversion,the molecular weight,particle morphology and diameter of latex particles.The results show that when the conversion excessed 1% and M-n values is 4.09×104,the particle nucleation is likely to yield primary particle via the mechanism of homogeneous coagulative nucleation;One of the important factors affecting the morphology of latex particles is carboxylic monomer.
