摘要
目的探讨一种置入鼻-十二指肠营养管的方法。方法对20例食管癌和贲门癌术后限制经口进食患者,采用X线监视泥鳅导丝引导置入鼻-十二指肠营养管。结果置管成功率95%(19/20),X线下置管操作时间3～10min,平均6±2min。结论该方法简单、安全、痛苦小、费用低、成功率高,值得临床推广。
Objective In order to discuss a method of implantation of the nose-duodenal feeding tube. Methods 20 cases with esophageal cancer and cardiac cancer surgeries. All the cases who were restricted to eat by mouth accepted the loach guide wire placement of nose-duo- denal feeding tube with X-ray monitor. Results The placement of the success rate was 95 percent （19/20） , the operation time exposing in the X-ray is 3-10 minutes, an average of six minutes. Conclusion The method is simple, safe, small pain, low-cost, and high success rate, also it is worthy of promotion.
