摘要
城市边缘区是一个复杂而特殊的地带,在新的时代背景下研究该区域内村庄城镇化发展问题意义重大.从发展思路上阐述了村庄城镇化的4个主要层面内容,并结合江浙经济发达地区村庄城镇化发展实例,总结出了产业聚集型、商贸市场型和旅游特色型等3种典型的发展模式.
Urban fringe is complicated and special, portant in new time. Four aspects in urbanization of research on urbanization of villages in urban fringe is imvillages were discussed, and three models were summarized with practices as examples in developed areas in Zhejiang and Jiangsu： industry clustered model, commercial markets model and characteristic tourism model.
