供电企业的发展急需大量的高素质技能人才。介绍了厦门电业局在加强员工技能培训方面的具体做法,包括:建立激励机制,强化培训体系,检验培训实效,创新技能培训模式等。
The rapid development of power enterprises needs more qualified staff. In the paper, some methods and measures in Xiamen power supply bureau are introduced to enhance the staff skill training, such as the es- tablishment of stimulation mechanisms, the strengthening of training system, the examining of training effect, the innovation of skill training mode, etc.
