摘要
通过对陕西电网的发展现状和陕西省电力公司人才队伍现状的分析,阐释了电网发展与人才队伍建设的关系,并对如何开展人才队伍建设、加强培训教育工作提出了见解,得出了只有以人为本健全人才队伍建设机制,加大人才队伍建设力度,重视人才的培养,才能促进电网跨越式的发展。
Through the analysis of the development situation of the talent team in Shaanxi power grid and Shaanxi Electric Power Company, it expounded the relationship between power grid development and the talents construction. It brings forward the suggestions about how to carry out the talents construction and strengthen the training courses. It is concluded that it has to perfect the talents construction system on the basis of human-oriented, to strengthen the talents construction power, and to attach importance to talents cultivation to realizing the leaping development of the power grid.
