摘要
以螺旋叶片板齿组合式轴流脱粒与分离装置为研究对象,借助高速摄像技术,对稻谷脱下物的下落过程和脱出物中籽粒与轻杂物的运动方式进行了观察。通过对图片的观察分析表明,脱出物从凹板排出后做加速向下的抛物线运动。其中,籽粒的运动规律较好,多数籽粒的运动轨迹是抛物线,并作加速运动;轻杂物的运动不稳定,受气流等外界条件影响较大,多数轻杂物运动轨迹是不规则曲线,运动中速度波动较大。
The process of threshing of paddy and motion manner of threshed kernels by the assembled of plank - tooth and helical vanes of axial flow threshing and separating installation had been photographed on line by the high - speed photography. By observing and analyzing the reproduction of the pictures of photographed, the result indicate when mixture exhausted from concave , motion trace is parabola which is down acceleration, and motion trace of kernels is regularity, motion trace of multiple residues is irregularly curve, fluctuation rang of motion velocity is bigger.
