摘要
在自行设计的纵置轴流脱粒与分离的试验台上,考察脱粒与分离因子对单位功耗性能的影响,通过二次回归正交旋转组合试验,确定钉齿式轴流滚筒脱粒与分离性能的3个因素(喂入量、滚筒转速及导向板导角)对单位功耗的影响,并且得出各因素水平之间的最佳组合工艺。
The quadratic regression orthogonal rotary method was adopted to study the effect of three main different parameter on power consumption: feed quantity, cylinder speed and helix angle of the transport vane ,also study the dominant effect,the single effect and interactive effect. It was showed that the optimum build-up technique of all effects.
