摘要
为了解干旱和UV-B辐射对刺梨复合胁迫的影响,采用干旱和UV-B辐射方法研究了刺梨(贵农2号刺梨)光合作用系统和叶片结构的变化。结果表明:干旱和UV-B增强的条件下刺梨叶片总叶绿素、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量下降,而叶绿素a/叶绿素b增大,光合作用效率显著降低;透射电镜结果:干旱和UV-B增强导致刺梨叶片气孔受损、叶绿体嗜锇颗粒增多、基粒类囊体膨大、叶绿体膜系统破坏;干旱和UV-B的交互作用显示,除能提高刺梨叶片水分利用效率外,干旱还加剧了UV-B辐射对刺梨叶片的胁迫作用。
The study was conducted with Rosa roxburghii to determine the effect of drought and enhanced UV-B radiation on plant photosynthesis and leaves ultrastructure of R. roxburghii Guinong. The result showed as follows; Drought and Ultraviolet-B radiation stress significantly decreased chlorophyll content, but enhanced the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b (Chla/Chlb), and the efficiency of photosynthesis was pronouncedly decreased. SEM and TEM study showed that drought and enhanced UV-B radiation damage leaf stomata and membrane system of chloroplast, and make increased number of osmiophilic globule in chloroplast and enlargement of granum thylakoid. In addition, our study indicated that the drought could significantly increase the negative UV-B effect and water use efficiency of the leaves.
