摘要
本文详细评述了植物耐旱性及其机理,综合评价了树木形态、生长、光合作用、气孔运动、蒸腾作用、水分利用率、内源激素、代谢物质等方面对水分胁迫的反应与适应,并对近年来国内外树木抗旱研究方法及一些实验结果进行了评述和探讨,在此基础上,提出了今后树木研究的重点是结合最新的分子生物学手段,进一步深化木本植物的抗旱性研究,揭示木本植物在干旱环境下的用水机制,选择、培育出抗旱能力强的新品种。
The paper discussed the drought tolerance and mechanism of plants in details, summarized the research achievements on morphological, physiological and biochemical reactions of trees to water stress, and evaluated the methods and conclusion of the experiments from home and abroad. From these, this paper advanced the emphasis is to further study drought-resistance of trees with the latest molecular biology so as to choose and cultivate a strong drought-resist species correctly by water mechanism under arid environment.
