摘要
目前,从一个国家之内的"区域"角度分析虚拟水贸易对解决地区水资源短缺尚是空白。基于我国幅员辽阔,南北地区间水资源禀赋差异大的特点,文章提出我国应通过区域间的虚拟水贸易解决西北、华北等地区的水资源短缺、水环境污染等问题,并对我国区域间虚拟水贸易的必要性、可行性以及可能产生的问题进行分析,并提出相应对策。
Virtual water and virtual water trade are the hot topic in the international society at present. And some countries of Middle - east and North Africa have achieved water security through the international trade of water - intensive products. Based on the special con- ditions of china＇s vast and area, obvious uneven distribution of water resources, this paper proposes promoting regional virtual water trade to improve the allocation of the water resources status, it also demonstrates the feasibility and the necessity of the regional virtual water and how to combine the quantitative results of regional virtual water trade in our country.
