摘要
对重庆菜园坝长江大桥轨道横梁和整体节点连接构造中3种典型构造细节进行介绍,利用ANSYS对3种典型构造细节进行有限元分析,得到3种典型构造细节的应力分布状态及应力集中系数。结合其他桥梁类似构造细节的疲劳试验结果,对3种典型构造细节的抗疲劳性能分别加以研究。结果表明,典型构造细节中的熔透角焊缝疲劳强度均在70-80MPa,对于螺栓连接的板件,板厚差应控制在20mm。因此轨道横梁与整体节点联接部位的疲劳性能够满足要求。
Three kinds of typical structure detail, which lie in the junction zone between railway beam and monolithic joim in main truss of Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing, were introduced. Finite element analysis on the typical structure details were carried out by using ANSYS to obtain the stress distributions and stress concentrate coefiqcients of the typical structure details. Combined with the result of fatigue test from similar structure detail in other bridge, fatigue performances of the typical structure details were investigated. The result shows that ( 1 ) fatigue strengths of fusion penetration fillet weld in the typical structure details are 70 - 80 MPa; (2) tolerance of plate thickness should be less than 20 mm for the plates connected by high strength belt.Thus, fatigue performance of the junction between railway beam and monolithic joint can meet the need of design.
