论述了大开间住宅的优越性，并分析了本方案设计如何使住宅具有灵活性，伸缩性，可变性和适应性，以方便住户．
The changes of house with big room openning is discussed, and how to make the household flexible ,adjustable, changeable and adaptable in the scheme design is analysed.It is convinent to the household.
