摘要
发展大空间住宅是社会进步的需要,是体现尊重个性的需要。从承重结构形式与大跨度楼板的特点,特别是叠合板、SP板和后张预应力混凝土板的特点以及经济性方面的问题,说明大空间住宅发展的可行性。
Developing Large-spaced House is the need of social advancement .It also exhibits the need of respecting people＇s individuality. This paper accounts for the feasibility of large-spaced house according to the bearing structure styles and the characteristics of large-span slabs, especially of the terrace slabs, SP slabs and laterly tensed prestressed concrete slabs, as well as the economical performance.
