摘要
以总黄酮得率为考察指标,采用乙醇浸提法,在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交试验对西番莲叶中黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明其最佳提取工艺为:温度80℃,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:50,提取时间为60min。此工艺条件下总黄酮得率可达2.81%。
Taking yield of total flavonoids as index, the ethanol extraction of total flavonoids from leaves of Pasiflora was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal extraction temperature, solvent, the ratio of material to solvent, and extraction time were 80℃, 60% ethanol, 1:50 and 120 min, respectively, under which the yield of total flavonoids was 2.81%.
