摘要
研究了NiCl2粉体中不同的添加剂对该体系热电池性能的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)对NiCl2正极形貌进行观察,其主要由粒径为10μm左右的粉体组成。研究结果表明,在NiCl2粉体中添加质量分数20%的羰基Ni粉和质量分数为10%的LiF-LiCl-LiBr三元熔盐可以有效改善该正极材料的导电性能。与LiSi/FeS2体系电池的性能对比结果表明,NiCl2体系是高比容量、高比功率热电池的首选正极材料。其成功应用可开创高电压热电池正极材料的新时代。
Performance of the thermal battery with different additives in NiCl2 powder has been studied. NiCl2 cathode' s morphology has been observed by using SEM(scanning electron microscope), it is mainly composed of the powder of particle diameter about 10μm. The findings indicated that with 20% carbonyl Ni powder and 10% LiF-LiCI-LiBr ternary molten salt mixture added in NiCl2 cathode,electric conductivity of the cathode can be improved effectively. Compared with LiSi/FeS2 electrochemical system, NiCl2 electrochemical system is the material of the first choice of high capacity and high power thermal battery.
