摘要
利用弹性接触理论、电镜及光弹应力分析,研究了金属材料在两体磨损工况下的剥层磨损。结果表明,亚表层裂纹形成在高应力区(0≤z≤0.1a)和低应力区(z≥0.5a)之间。主裂纹在交变的σx和τzx作用下沿水平方向扩展,分叉裂纹在τmax作用下沿37°角方向扩展,提高材料的屈服强度和裂纹扩展功可显著地提高材料的耐磨性。
Stripping wear of metal material has been investigated under the conditon of two body wear by means of the theory of elastic contact,SEM and photoelasticity.The results show that subsurface crackings are formed between high stress area (0≤z≤0.1a) and low stress area (z≥0.5a).Main crackings extended in horizontal direction by σx and τzx.Branching crackings extended in 37° angle by τmax.The wear resistance of the material can be increased by raising σs and U.
