摘要
本文以Al、Al-Si、Al-Ce高纯组元配置一定质量百分比的Al-Si-Ce合金,采用多功能真空电弧熔炼炉YSU-ZZ进行熔炼,使用铜模吸铸法制备样品并对样品进行金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析(EDS)。重点研究了Ce的加入量及冷却速度等因素对共晶硅的大小、形状和分布的影响。研究表明快速凝固可以很好的细化共晶硅,冷却速度越快,凝固速度越快,共晶硅就越细小。当Ce的加入量为1%(质量)时,共晶硅由粗大的板片状变为小蠕点状。
In this paper,the Al-Si-Ce alloy are made from Al,Al-Si and Al-Ce alloys with high purity.The multi-purpose vacuum arc furnace YSU-ZZ are used for preparation of eutectic Al-Si alloy by using the copper mold casting technique.The samples were analysised by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy disprersive spectrum analysis(EDS).The size,shape and distribution of eutectic Si crystals are affected by Ce addition,the cooling rate and other factors.The results indicate that rapid solidification can effectually refine of crystal silicon,the faster cooling the solidification rate,the more small Si eutectic is.The eutectic Si crystals of the large platelets changed into a small point when Ce is approximately 1wt%.
