摘要
目的检测自制云母/氟磷灰石生物玻璃陶瓷的体内外生物学性能。方法按照Ca云母/氟磷灰石的成分配比,经高温熔炼,浇铸后退火得到基础玻璃,再经特殊的热加工/热处理工艺制备新型玻璃陶瓷材料试样。采用体外模拟体液浸泡实验和置入大白兔下颌骨部位的体内实验检测材料的生物学行为。结果新型云母/氟磷灰石生物玻璃陶瓷在模拟体液中能自发生成磷灰石层。体内埋置实验显示该材料具有良好的组织相容性和骨引导性能。结论新型云母/氟磷灰石生物玻璃陶瓷具有很好的体外生物活性、体内组织相容性和骨引导性。
[Objective] To study the biological properties of Mica/Apatite glass ceramic prepared by ourselves. [Method] Mica/Apatite glass ceramic composite has become more and more popular because of their good mechanical properties. The bioactivity of this material was studied in vitro and in vivo. [Results] The results showed that biological apatite layer formed on the surface of the Mica/Apatite glass ceramics after 1 day of immersion in the simulated body fluid, and became denser after 14 d. In vivo tests indicated that bone formation occured after implanted for 2 weeks, and strong bonding between bone and the implant occurred after 6 weeks. No aseptic loosening occurred during the 6 weeks of implantation. [Conclusion] The finding verified that Mica/Apatite glass ceramics pos- sessed good bioactivity and osteoconductivity for constructing bone graft.
