HA/20%ZrO_2复合材料的骨组织相容性及骨引导性研究

摘要 目的研究羟基磷灰石/20%二氧化锆(HA/20%ZrO_2)复合材料的骨组织相容性及骨引导性。方法采用手术方法将预制的HA/20%ZrO_2材料植入家兔左侧股骨大转子,HA材料植入家兔右侧股骨大转子。术后1、2周处死家兔,大体标本观察局部炎症反应;术后4、8、16周切取包括植入材料及周围部分骨质的复合组织块,制片后分别在光、电镜下观察局部炎症反应及骨/植入物界面情况。结果光、电镜下显示术后早期有较轻微炎症反应发生,之后逐渐减弱、消失;两组植入材料均能引导新生骨长入,使材料与宿主骨发生整合。结论HA/20%ZrO_2复合材料未引起明显的炎症反应,可引导骨长入,具有良好的骨引导性和良好的骨组织相容性。 Objective To study the histocompatibility and osteoconduetion of hydroxyapatite/20%zirconia (HA/20% ZrO2) composite material, and to provide a theoretical basis for the safety of clinical application. Methods Prefabricated HA/20% ZrO2 material was implanted into rabbits' left lateral greater troehanter of femur, and HA material into the right one. The rabbits were sacrificed 1 and 2 weeks after surgery. Local inflammatory reaction was observed. Four, eight and sixteen weeks after surgery, the composite blocks which were implant materials and the surrounding bone were removed. The local inflammatory reaction and implants interfaces were observed through scanning electron microscope. Results Through the light microscope and the electron microscope, slight inflammation response in the early stage after surgery was found, but it reduced and finally disappeared. Materials in both groups induce bones to regenerate and osseointegrate with the hosts. Conclusions (1) The composite material of HA/20%ZrO2 does not cause inflammation response in this animal experiment. (2)The HA/20% ZrO2 compound materials show good osteoconduction. (3) The HA/20% ZrO2 compound materials have good bone histocompatibility.
