摘要
目的通过对新疆不同级别医院医疗费用、工作效率、经济运行、财政投入等情况进行分析,探讨影响医院生存与发展的主要因素。方法根据已有的文献资料和现场调查资料,进行不同级别医院、不同年度之间的比较分析。结果新疆各级医院的经济运行状况不容乐观,除了省属医院处于赢利状态外,其他各级医院基本都在亏损的状态下运营。结论医院经济运行中出现的亏损局面既有政策性因素又有医院自身因素。
Objective Through analyzing the situation of medical costs, work efficiency, economic operation, financial inputs of different grade hospitals in Xinjiang, explore the main factors of impacting hospital survival and development. Methods According to published literature and field survey data, comparative analysis the situation of economic operation among the different grade hospitals in different years. Results Economic performance is not optimistic at all grade Hospitals in Xinjiang, the majority of hospital run at a deficit state , except provincial hospital which run at profit status. Conclusion There are both current policy factors and economic operating factors which make hospitals in situation of economic deficit.
