摘要
现在多数数据采集模块管理和采集数据处理工作采用工业控制计算机完成,其功能强大,但价格相对较高,占地较多.对于只需要监控数据和简单控制的小型平台或对成本要求严格的工业控制场所,使用工业控制计算机会造成资源浪费.针对这些情况设计了一种基于RTX51Tiny嵌入式实时操作系统和CAN总线的数据采集集线器终端解决方案,该方案运行成本低,使用简单,占地很少.阐述了如何在嵌入式操作系统下进行软件任务的划分,给出硬件设计框图,信号量的操作和部分模块的设计方案.
Nowadays, most data acquisition module and data collection is involved the use of industrial control computer. It is powerful but expensive and large. In the simple control of platform, by using industrial control, it will be a waste of resources for monitor data. In this paper, data acquisition hub terminals have been developed based on CAN bus and RTX51Tiny which is a kind of embedded real -time operating system. It is cheap and easy to use. In the embedded operating system, software division of tasks is described, and the design schemes such as hardware block diagram, signal amount operation and part of the module are given.
