针对铁路工程项目供应商关系现状及其弊端,设计铁路工程项目供应链,提出在供应链管理模式下加强供应商关系的步骤和方法。
Concerning the status of SRM of railway project and the disadvantages, the supply chain model of railway pro-ject is designed and the methods and steps to strengthen supplier relationship management under the mode of SCM are put forward.
