摘要
以浓磷酸为催化剂,双氧水为氧化剂氧化环己醇来制备己二酸。考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,氧化反应的优化条件为∶n(环己醇)∶n(双氧水)∶n(磷酸)=1∶3.5∶4.6,反应时间80min,反应温度95℃,产率可达80.2%。
The concentrated phosphoric acid has been used as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant to oxidize cyclohexanol to adipic acid. The effects of reaction condition were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the optimum condition was as follows: n (cyelohexanol) :n (hydrogen peroxide) :n(Phosphoric Acid) = 1 :3. 5: 4. 6, reaction time for 80 min, reaction temperature 95℃ ,the yield adipic acid of was 80. 2%.
