钨酸铵催化氧化环己醇合成己二酸 被引量:7

Catalytic oxidation of cyclohexanol into adipic acid using ammonium tungstate as catalyst

摘要 以钨酸铵为催化剂,用过氧化氢氧化环己醇合成己二酸。探讨了催化剂用量、过氧化氧用量、反应温度和时间等条件对反应的影响。结果表明:在环已醇:过氧化氢:钨酸铵的摩尔比为100:550:1,反应温度90℃,反应时间6h的条件下,己二酸收率可达78.4%,纯度为99.8%。催化剂可重复使用3次,已二酸收率稳定。 Cyclohexanol was synthesized into adipic acid using ammonium tungstate as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. The effects of catalyst amount, hydrogen peroxide amount and reaction temperature and time on the reaction were discussed. The results showed that the yield of adipic acid could approach to 78.4% with the purity of 99.8% when the mole ratio of cyclohexanol, hydrogen peroxide and ammonium tungstate was 100 : 550 : 1 and the reaction temperature and time were 90℃ and 6 h, respectively. The yield of adipic acid was stable after repeatedly using the catalyst 3 times.
