摘要
以板状刚玉、锆刚玉和金属铝为主要原料,采用1000℃高温氮化反应烧结工艺,可制得以金属铝和AlN为结合相、以刚玉和斜锆石为主晶相的Al-AlN-Al2O3-ZrO2-C复相结合材料,以其作为钢包滑动水口的滑板材质,取得了良好的应用效果。该滑板具有较好的抗钢液侵蚀、抗热震以及抗渣侵性能。
In use of the tabular corundum, ZrO2 corundum and Alasthemain as the main material, through nitridation-sintering process at 1 000 ℃, a muhiphase Al-AlN-Al2O3-ZrO2-C material whose main crystalline phase is corundum and the bond phases are Al and AlN can be produced. In use of this material to manufacture the sliding gate of steel ladle could obtain an excellent application result. And the Al-AlN-Al2O3-ZrO2-C multiphase slide plate has excellent properties in aspects of corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance, and slag erosion resistance.
