摘要
为探析烧成铝锆碳滑板的水化粉化机理,采用X射线衍射仪分析试样水化前后的物相组成,用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析试样水化前后的O-H键强弱变化,用扫描电镜观测滑板水化前的显微结构。结果表明,在埋碳气氛下,烧成铝锆碳滑板中添加的金属铝与保护气氛中的N2、CO、CO2等发生反应,形成容易水化的氮化铝和碳化铝,当保护气氛中的CO2含量和烧成温度过高时,滑板中形成的氮化铝相会更多,从而使得滑板水化的可能性更大。因此,采用金属铝和单质硅作复合添加剂时,应严格控制铝粉的添加量和烧成制度。
The properties of alumina-zirconia-C sliding plate are improved with the addition of Al and Si under coked bed at high temperatures. However, Al is reactive and forms Al4C3 and AIN which are hydrated easily. Thermodynamic analysis shows that the amount of AlN increases with the O2 (or CO2) content in coked bed and heating temperature. The existence of AlN makes the fired slide plate hydrated more easily. It is suggested that aluminum content and firing schedule be strictly controlled during production process to avoid the decrease of strength or pulverization of fired sliding plate.
