摘要
采用文献法、实验法以及数理统计法,对大学男生的耐力素质发展与体育选项课的关系进行分析。结果表明:足球班、篮球班学生的耐力素质发展较好,体育选项课专项练习特点、学生运动技能基础和课内外实际运动负荷与其耐力素质的发展均存在一定的关系。在武术、网球、乒乓球和排球等课程中应适当安排一些足、篮球活动或中长跑练习,以引导和促使学生更有效地发展耐力和增进体质健康。
By using the methods of literature, experimentation and statistics, this paper analyzes the relationships between the stamina of a large number of boy students and selective classes of PE in college. The result shows that,the students in football and basketball classes have better stamina than those in other classes,and to some degree,the characteristics of students' practice in PE classes,skill fundamentals and real practice load of students can impact the improvement of students' stamina.It puts forward a suggestion that the students who attend class of wushu,tennis,pingpeng or volleyball do some exercises of football,haskethall or middle- and- long distance running to successfully improve their stamina,physique and health.
