摘要
通过实验班与对照班的对比实验,以学生的肺活量和耐力素质作为检测指标,探讨处方教学对发展学生耐力素质的积极作用,实验表明处方教学模式优于传统的教学模式。
The active effect of prescription education on strengthening students'endurance capacity is discussed by making a comparative experiment between an experiment class and a comparative class with students'vital capacity and endurance capacity as a test target.The fact that prescription education mode is better than the traditional one is also proved.
