摘要
中国经济宪法学研究自20世纪90年代中后期开始起步,至今已取得了较为丰硕的成果,理论体系基本成形。经济宪法学研究的主要论题包括:经济宪法的概念、经济宪法学的学科定位与理论体系、经济宪法学的研究意义与方法等。中国经济宪法学研究存在的问题主要有:基本共识尚未达成、总体成色不佳、内容失衡与强弱不均。经济宪法学的未来研究需要各科学者共献才智,形成学科共识,填补理论空白。
The study of economical constitution started from the mid-and-late of 1990＇ s, it has made quite a few truitiUJ results and the basic theoretical system has been shaped. The main issues of the study of economical constitution includes： the concept of economical constitution, the subject orientation and the theoretical system of economical constitution, the significance and methods of economical constitution study. However, there are still quite a few insufficiencies in the study of economical constitution which can be described as follows： the basic consensus has not been reached yet, the overall quality is poor, the contents are unbalanced and the strength is lack of symmetry. The future study of economical constitution needs the intelligence of the scholars from different subjects so that the academic consensus can be reached and the theoretical blankness can be filled.
