摘要
随着能源的日益紧张以及环境污染的日趋严重,氧化物热电材料作为一种新型的能源转换材料倍受人们关注。提高氧化物热电材料热电性能,实现大规模应用的关键是降低材料的热导率。本文详细介绍了氧化物热电材料热导率的影响机理及测试方法,提出了降低氧化物热电材料热导率的主要途径;最后指出了氧化物热电材料的应用前景及在热导率方面的研究方向。
With the increase of energy shortage and environmental pollution, oxide thermoelectric materials have attracted more attention as a new kind of energy conversion materials. The key to improve the thermoelectric properties and realize the large-scale applications is to reduce the thermal conductivity of oxide thermoelectric materials. The influence mechanisms and test methods of the thermal conductivity were introduced in details. The main methods to reduce the thermal conductivity were offered.
