摘要
我国社会发展模式的文化转型,内在地提出了知识管理的任务,并赋予了高校知识管理的职能。作为知识管理的主体,高校必须自觉地确立起知识管理的理念,构建知识型管理模式,设定引领社会发展的知识管理目标,形成基于社会责任与伦理精神的知识管理价值取向,其中的关键是必须建立起知识管理的规范体系。
According to the culture transformation in social development patterns of our country, it has brought forward the assignments of knowledge management inherently, and has endowed colleges and universities with functions of knowledge management. As the principal part of the knowledge management, colleges and universities have to conscientiously set up the idea and pattern of knowledge management, and its target guiding the social development. The most important is to establish the standard system of knowledge management that is based on the knowledge management values from social responsibilities and ethics.
