摘要 劳务派遣,作为一种新的用工形式被石化销售企业普遍采用。该形式的特点是优化人才结构、人事管理便捷、降低人工成本,为企业赢得竞争优势。同时,也存在劳务派遣工稳定性差、对企业缺乏认同感和归属感、工作不积极、责任心不强等问题,一定程度上影响企业的和谐发展。针对劳务派遣工的管理现状,分析存在的问题及主要原因,提出新形势下石化销售企业劳务派遣工的管理策略。 Labor dispatch has been widely adopted as a new form of employment by petrochemical marketing enterprise. This form features optimized intelligent structure, easy personnel management and saved labor cost, resulting in more powerful competition superiority. However, there are also certain problems with dispatched labor , such as poor stability of dispatched labor, lacking sense of acceptance and master, passive working and poor responsibility, which, to a certain degree, affected harmonious development of the enterprise. Against the present status of management of dispatched labor, we analyzed the existing problems and their main causes; put forward policy of management of dispatched labor in petrochemical marketing enterprise under new situation.
