摘要
原料3-硝基-4-氯苯氨与3-甲酰基色酮系列化合物缩合得到相应新型席夫碱类化合物,其结构经IR、1H NMR、MS和元素分析确证.体外抗菌活性结果表明,大多数化合物具有较好的抑菌活性.
A series of novel Schiff bases were synthesized using the reaction of 3 -nitro -4 -chloroani- line with 3 -formylchromone, and their structures were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The antibacterial activity was preliminarily evaluated. The results show that most of the prepared compounds have good antibacterial activities.
