摘要
随着我国物流业的迅猛发展,物流人才短缺是急需解决的问题。高职院校物流管理专业是培养物流人才的一个重要基地,但由于在教学计划中课程设置和教学中存在的种种问题,使得物流管理专业毕业生不能和企业需求的实用人才对接。总结了高职院校物流管理专业教学中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
With the rapid development of the logistics industry, logistics manpower shortage becmnes an urgent problem. Logistics management in vocational colleges cultivating professional talents is an important base, but because of curriculum in the teaching plan and teaching problems, logistics management graduates fit not well with the demands of companies. This paper summarizes some problems in this field and put forward corresponding strategies.
