摘要
针对目前油田现场所用天然膨润土的缺点,利用丙烯酰胺(AM)及其衍生物对天然膨润土进行插层,制成了纳米膨润土复合体,改善了其性能。介绍了纳米膨润土复合体的制备方法、插层结构,深入研究了其在钻井液中的性能。研究结果表明,不同种类的膨润土、丙烯酰胺及其衍生物对膨润土进行插层制备的纳米膨润土复合体的结构、性能是不同的,与普通膨润土相比,复合体极易配成胶体稳定性很好的浆液,具有更高的热稳定性能、抗污染能力和携岩能力。
Acrylic methane (AM) and derivatives are used to modify natural bentonite into nanometer complex to improve its performance. Preparation and structure of the complex is presented. Researches show that behaviors of the complex are different with different bentonite type, structure of AM and its derivatives. In comparison with ordinary bentonite, the complex is easy to be mixed into drilling fluid with good stability and ability of pollution resistance and cuttings transportation.
