摘要
利用胃电与胃收缩频率的相关性,可以评价与胃节律紊乱有关的疾病,但对由机械活动失常所引起的紊乱就不能做出准确诊断。本文基于ADuC834芯片完成了胃电与胃阻抗信号的同步采集和数据传输,并运用小波多分辨分析实现了信号的去噪和重构,不仅获得了常用的胃电信号,还同步获得了与胃机械活动相关的胃阻抗信号,这两者的相关性将为研究胃的复杂电-机活动机理提供分析依据。
The gastric dysrhythmia can be evaluated and the gastric function disorder caused by mechanical behavior disorder can't be accurate diagnosted based on the relationship of EGG and gastric contraction frequency. In this paper, the acquisitionthe system based on ADuC834 successfully acquired synchronization EGG and bio-impedance information from body surface. Wavelet multi-res- olution analysis was employed to correctly separate EGG, gastric impedance signal, peristalsis, respiration and interference because they were all low-frequency signals. Then EGG and gastric impedance signal casued by gastric mechanical behavior were recon- structed. We can analyz complex course of electricity and mechanism of functional dyspepsia based on the relationship of EGG and gastric impedance.
