摘要
胃排空功能是胃动力研究的主要内容之一,但临床缺乏经济、简单、易重复的检测方法。本文基于阻抗法进行胃排空检测研究,利用小波技术重构胃阻抗信号后快速获得了光滑的胃排空曲线,实现了半排空时间的准确计算。24例健康学生400ml纯净水的半排空时间为8.78±1.76min。
The gastric emptying information is a major subject of gastric motility study, but convenient, effective and repetitive routine tests are still lacking. In this paper, a new detection method is developed based on bioelectrical impedance. Using the method, we successfully extracted smooth gastric emptying curve which be separated out from bio-impedance using wavelet transform, and obtained the correction results of the half time emptying The gastric emptying half-time of 24 volunteers is 8.78±1.76min in the experiment.
