摘要
目的:本论文旨在建立蔬菜中26种有机磷、有机氯和菊酯等三大类农药残留的固相萃取-毛细管气相色谱的快速检测方法。方法:样品前处理方法在NY/T761-2004的基础上稍做改进,采用双柱、双检测器(FPD、ECD)对蔬菜中26种农药残留进行定性和定量分析。结果:该方法在16 min内能够很好的分离14种有机磷类农药,在17 min内能够很好的分离12种有机氯和菊酯类农药;样品加标回收率(n=3)为85.85%~108.51%,相对标准偏差小于4.79%,最低检出限范围0.06~2 ppb。结论:该方法检测蔬菜农药残留灵敏度高、操作简便。
Objective:A solid -phase extraction and capillary gas chromatographic method has been developed for determining 26 organophosphorus, organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in vegetables. Methods:Extraction and sample cleanup of pesticide residus according to the state standard measurements NY/T761 -2004, then, the extract was separated by two kinds of columns and detected by FPD and ECD. Results :The method could separate 14 organophosphorus pesticides and 12 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in 16 rain and 17 rain respectively. The average recoveries for spiked standards (n = 3) were between 85. 85% and 108.51%. Precision (expressed as relative standard deviation) was lower than 4. 79% and the range of limit of detection (LOD) was between 0. 06 and 2 ppb. Conclusion:This procedure for testing vegetable contamination is sensitive and easy to perform.
