摘要
住房反向抵押制度作为一种新兴的"以房养老"制度,其核心问题是反向抵押的客体问题。本文首先阐释了住房反向抵押客体的定义,并探讨设立反向抵押时有关客体的登记原则、特殊情况以及保障其顺利变现时所涉及的法律问题。
As a new system of house for-pension, the major issue of housing reverse mortgage system is that of objects. In my paper, I first expatiate the definition of the objects of housing reverse mortgage, and then discuss the principles of registration and special cases when the reverse mortgage is established, and the legal issue is referred to when the objects are protected to realize smoothly.
